Your perspective is needed on new building project.
Please join Seattle JazzED, Capitol Hill Housing, and their architects to discuss the vision behind the new building we are planning at the corner of 22nd Avenue South and South Hill Street.

This proposed building will be approximately six stories and will include a music education school and performance hall on the ground floor, along with affordable apartments on the upper levels.
