The Summer Advanced Institute challenges students to approach jazz with a holistic understanding of its history and development. They spend a week honing their leadership skills and exploring the many styles of Jazz - New Orleans, Jazz Age, Swing, Bebop, and Free.

The performance will also be recorded for radio airing on KNKX 88.5 FM.
