Girls Ellington Project at Earshot's "Art of Jazz"

The Girls Ellington Project will perform at the the Seattle Art Museum as part of Earshot Jazz’s "Art of Jazz" series. Being featured on this series is a big honor and it’s sure to be a great show.

These after-work concerts are free with museum admission — a great bargain given the two-for-one line up of fine jazz and art exhibitions. The series is a collaboration between Earshot Jazz and the Seattle Art Museum. Concerts presented at 5:30 on the second Thursday of every month.

Rehearsals: Thursday 5/30 and 6/6, 5:30-8:30 @ JazzED
When: arrive 4:45, play 5:30-7:30 (two 45 minute sets)
Wear: concert black with #jazzgirl pins
Bring: Everything you need to perform (instrument, cords, stand, music, etc); piano provided
Load-in: drums and bass through loading dock @ Union, individuals through art museum doors by "hammering man"
